Before you instruct us
What if they delete the post later?
The certified capture preserves the content and its date: that is why it is best done as soon as possible, while the content is still online.
Can you certify a private profile?
Yes, from an account with legitimate access to that profile, such as your own, and documenting it in the record.
Does it work for fake reviews of my business?
Yes. We certify the reviews with their date and the profile that posted them, which is useful for a complaint to the platform or for going to court.
Isn't a notary enough?
A notary attests to what they see on the screen; expert certification adds the source code, the headers and the technical analysis, and the expert can defend it in court if it is challenged.
